Hi and welcome to my blog!

I am Mick aka “Auto Mick” and i’m both a car enthusiast, and someone who has worked in the automotive sales, finance and insurance sector for a few years. With my love of fast, stylish cars i gravitated towards not only playing with and enjoying cars in my spare time but working with them as well.

Why did i choose the Duvv.com blogs to run my site?

Actually i was one of the first Beta Testers for www.duvv.com free blogs, one of the Duvv staff sent me a private message on a webmaster forum after started a thread about the best free blogging service. So here i am, and i love it the Duvv team have been excellent to me.. Every small request for features, plugins etc has been answered and implemented within hours. I guess i am what people call a “newbie” with this Wordpress and Blogging thing.. However as you can see with the help of Duvv i have managed to create an impressive (well i think so) blog!

So when you read this, if they are open to the public i urge you to jump on board.

What is my favorite car?

Tuff question, why did you have to go and ask me that one? I love old school muscle cars, however i also enjoy modern performance vehicles so.. While not the fastest thing on the planet i do have a huge soft spot for the Shelby Cobra both the old and the new but in particular..
